An initial set of RNG grammars hav ebeen added. See main/webapp/resources/schema/relaxng/WD-xhtml2-20050527

We need to now test that as we implement xhtml2 in the core of forrest.

Need to update our copy to the current Working Draft 26 July 2006 (http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-xhtml2-20060726) and update our example xhtml2 test file (FOR-655).
