Poor performance of regex_filter

    Description

      Hi,

       

      Configuring a simple regex filter, I noticed that the whole CPU was being taken by the filtering (look at attached profiles).

       

      Configuration of the interceptor:

       

      type = regex_filter
regex = .*"idb_tags".*
