Description

The user guide suggests naming interceptor types based on enumeration (e.g. TIMESTAMP) but the documentation within the classes themselves have configuration examples using the fully specified path to the builder (e.g. org.apache.flume.interceptor.HostInterceptor$Builder).

This should be consistent and probably use the enumeration (assuming that is actually supported).
