Description

Currently, minimal Maven version in Drill is 3.3.3, it's old contains dependency to the plexus-utils-3.0.20 library which has reported vulnerabilities.

This Jira aims to update Maven version to 3.6.3.
Having latest maven version is also crucial when using maven plugins that depend on the latest version.
