[DRILL-6258] Jar files aren't downloaded if dependency is present only in profile section

Description

Dependencies from specific profiles in POM files of any modules, which are present in distribution POM should be downloaded as jars (with enabled appropriate profile) like dependencies from common section of POM files.

It will allow don't create extra dependency sections or additional modules.

Currently to add jar files for some specific profile it is necessary to add it to profile section in distribution/pom file.

The possible solution is to add hive-maprdb-json-handler.jar and maprdb-mapreduce to the uber drill-hive-exec-shaded.jar
