Add unit test for the Drill Web UI

    Description

      While the Web UI isn't being very actively developed, a few times changes to the Drill build or internal parts of the server have broken parts of the Web UI.

      As the web UI is a primary interface for viewing cluster information, cancelling queries, configuring storage and other tasks, we really should add automated tests for it.
