Description

enhance submit_plan to:

1. support raw query file that contains queries ending with or without ';'
2. support returning results in tsv, csv format
3. support specify schema option
4. support taking raw query on cmdline instead of from a query file

Can we make this high priority to facilitate drill testing effort?
