[DRILL-395] ORDER-BY on an expression gives CannotPlanException

Description

The following query works ok.. it has an expression in the SELECT list and we are doing an ORDER-BY on that expression:
select N_NATIONKEY + 1 from dfs.`/tmp/parquet/nation.parquet` order by 1;

However, the following query which puts the same expression in the ORDER-BY clause throws an error:
select N_NATIONKEY from dfs.`/tmp/parquet/nation.parquet` order by N_NATIONKEY + 1;
