Description

There are multiple places where we want to serialize/deserialize vector containers or record batches. To avoid duplicating code, this should be done in the VectorAccessibleSerializer class, which is then called where it is needed.

The current places where this can be used are in the Trace operator, and in the Distributed Cache.
