[DRILL-1351] C++ client cannot handle an invalid drillbit entry in Zookeeper

Description

If the list of drillbits in Zookeeper has an invalid entry the C++ client gives intermittent connection failures. Sqlline is able to handle this corerctly.

Eg.
In zkCli we see an invalid entry 'bogus-entry' :
[zk: 10.10.10.1:2181(CONNECTED) 21] ls /drill/drillbits1
