Change any schema in the storage plugins and update the 'writable' flag to 'false'. Now we should not be allowed to create views in this schema. But drill does not complain and creates the view in the current non-mutable schema. However once we restart the drillbits, drill functions as expected by returning 'false' indicating that the current schema is non-mutable.
