Mitosis performs data exchange between replicas periodically by default. This hinders a developer from reproducing a certain replication conflict situation because of its indeterministic behavior. We need a way to start/stop communication between replicas manually.

Added ReplicationService.replicate() and ReplicationConfiguration.replicationInterval property.
