Apache Directory Server, build from trunks and installed with the installer, fails to start just after installation. An exception is thrown from the bind method of the Authentication Service.

Looks like this was due to a mismatch of the default authorization service name. It was changed as you know from oldAuthorizationService to defaultAuthorizationService. The server.xml file was updated in other branches but the updates did not find themselves into the 1.1 branc a.k.a. trunk. The following commit fixes this issue:
