Removed dependency on Parent POM and included an export for org.apache.mina.filter.codec.textline package.

Mina OSGi moving to mina.org Please resolve with Won't Fix and I will close the issue.

John is now a committer and he has restarted the OSGi work in his sandbox. Also, MINA has TLP'd. This patch and issue are obsolete.
