The Compare operations are not authenticated within ApacheDS authentication service. AuthenticationService does not have an override for compare() method. Of course fixing it is easy but an important issue.

Fix is easy but we need to write a test case for anonymous access to the server.

Fixed for 1.0 in commit 432440 and 1.1 in commit 432441.
