The SubtreeSpecification must have valid components for building its matchingRules and its syntax. The SubtreeSpecificationParser will be utilized to build the syntax checker, normalizer and comparator for the subtreeSpecification.

Leave this until a schema revamp. No need to have it for subentry functionality to work. The server will tell you if a subentry's subtreeSpecification is not correct anyway.
