Description

We have a list of AttributeTypes we want to index, whatever the configuration file contains. Here is this list :
ObjectClass
apacheNdn
apacheUpdn
apacheExistance
apacheHierarchy
apacheOneAlias
apacheSubAlias
apacheAlias

plus a few other technical indexes, like the entry CSN
