MINA 0.7 provides two logical layer to implement protocols: I/O layer and Protocol layer. But I realized this distinction causes a lot of duplicate codes and unclean APIs. Let's find out the best way to merge these two layers into one.

Current branch name is 'api_integration', and the integration is in progress.

It seems like the API doesn't have any significant flow yet. We'll reopen it when any important API changes are required.
