Description

The html page in the Eclipse Derby plugin help system, resources.html, points to the incubator site for the online documentation.

It needs to be updated to point to db.apache.org.

Attached is a patch to update the resources.html file listed under:

plugins\eclipse\org.apache.derby.plugin.doc\topics\

svn stat output:

M plugins\eclipse\org.apache.derby.plugin.doc\topics\resources.html

This patch was made against the 10.1 trunk (I apologize if my terminology is incorrect).
If someone could commit this patch before the snapshot release, 10.1.2 that Kathey is working on I'd appreciate it.
