Currently all attributes specified in the url with client get sent to the server as part of the database name (RDBNAM). They also print with DatabaseMetaData.getURL().
Since DRDA provides a separate mechanism for sending user and password these attributes should not be exposed in this way.

The sending of user/password in RDBNAM is fixed by ~~DERBY-530~~. getURL still needs to be fixed.

~~DERBY-530~~ resolves both the exposure in RDBNAM and getUrl() for user/password attributes.
