Description

ArchiveStreamFactory does not recognise tar files created by Ant.

These appear to have magic of "ustar\0" (i.e. same as MAGIC_POSIX) followed by "\0\0".

Note that Compress can process the files OK.

Patch to follow after checking what Ant writes as the signature.
