Description

The CLI-Loader-class does not point to the WEB-INF/classes-directory. For
example the CLI of Cocoon 2.1.6 is broken, because a class which is placed in
the WEB-INF/classes-directory could not be found by the ClassLoader (Loader).

The patch enable the Loader to add directories to the classpath and add the
WEB-INF/classes directory to the cocoon.bat and cocoon.sh scripts.
