Description

The camera plugin ignores the MediaType parameter for CameraOptions and always shows the Photo chooser when doing getPicture from the library or album

Windows Phone 8 doesn't provide a native video chooser (as far as I can see).

If a video chooser can't be built, the documentation should be updated to reflect the missing functionality
