    Description

      This File level CarbonInputformat should allow carbon data files to be read from to any given path, without dependency with complete table folder structure.
      Usage is this will allow CarbonData files to be created inside hive partition and table structure and can be read using hive.
      Also decouples carbondata files from table level schema.
