Maven is prone to inserting 'SNAPSHOT' into JAR file names. The Eclipse plugin creates paths without taking this into account.

These patches change some paths to be relative to the plugin's directory, sidestepping this issue.

Applied the patches. Thanks, Ken. I am closing this issue since Cactus-eclipse plugin works now with Eclipse 3.3(Europa).
