Description

In some cases, user may need to change/add the journal/ledger directories due to some problem/performance improvement.

Since ledgerDirectories, journalDirectories and port is stored in cookies, changing any of these is not supported.

BookKeeper can support changing of ledgerDirectories, journalDirectories through some Administrative command.
