Description

org.apache.bookkeeper.client.BookKeeperDiskSpaceWeightedLedgerPlacementTest.testDiskSpaceWeightedBookieSelectionWithBookiesBeingAdded can intermittently fail depending on the timing of the client receiving the info back from the bookies.

Additionally, the synchronization in BookieInfoReader is more complicated than necessary and not entirely correct.
