[BLUR-383] Change blur console urls in jetty

Description

We need to change the blur console urls so that the static resources are served from the root url.
We also need to get rid of the 302 redirect.
Also, the config.js and auth/login urls need to support subdomains (don't start with / )
This will help make proxying from apache with a subdomain easier
