Description

Right now we commonly use repos URL in the form of http://bigtop-repos.s3.amazonaws.com/releases/1.1.0/centos/7/x86_64. However, a long time ago we have created a DNS CNAME repos.bigtop.apache.org which is currently pointing to the former target.

Let's use the CNAME which can be changed without any code modification on our side.
