Tez tries to run "npm install" during build.

    Description

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.github.eirslett:frontend-maven-plugin:0.0.16:npm (npm install) on project tez-ui: Failed to run task: 'npm install --color=false' failed. (error code 255) -> [Help 1]

      In particular, there is no build dependency on npm.

      Installing nodejs + npm on the build host doesn't help much:

      error Error: UNKNOWN, chown '/home/wiss/schuberte/.npm/time-grunt/0.1.2/package.tgz'
