[BIGTOP-1570] docker-puppet fails to deploy due to stdlib can not be found

Description

BIGTOP-1553 brings stdlib in but the module path does not included in the puppet apply snippet in docker-hadoop.sh.
The following error printed when spinning up docker cluster:

Error: Could not find class stdlib for bigtop1.docker on node bigtop1.docker
