Description

I am not sure how this got missed and at what point, but clearly

	mkdir -p $(PKG_BUILD_DIR)/rpm/{INSTALL,SOURCES,BUILD,SRPMS}

is missing RPMS directory being created. As the result, Suse packages build is failing.
