Description

Postcommit has been broken since 6 pm on the 17th, starting at https://builds.apache.org/job/beam_PostCommit_Java_MavenInstall/4811/

The java components appear to still build but the overall build fails during the python target with

TypeError: Error when calling the metaclass bases
metaclass conflict: the metaclass of a derived class must be a (non-strict) subclass of the metaclasses of all its bases
