Description

We want the IO ITs to be run in jenkins CI, and this is the second one we'll be getting going.

I'm following the instructions in the IO testing guide -
https://docs.google.com/document/d/153J9jPQhMCNi_eBzJfhAg-NprQ7vbf1jNVRgdqeEE8I/edit#heading=h.7jl9ndblih6c - this is the first time I'm doing so, and this is a test to see if the instructions are correct.

Once I've done this, we'll have good instructions for others to follow and do the same.
