Description

There are 'releaseBackup' files and 'release.properties' in the 'source distribution' which are artifacts of the release build process.
We appear to be missing to run the mvn release:clean target after
the release:prepare target. We should fix that for the next release. All prior
Apache Bahir source distributions contained these release build artifacts.
