Description

There have been a couple of releases on the Jansson JSON library that we're using in the C bindings. There are a couple of new features that will be especially helpful to us:

• Jansson now supports 64-bit integer values, so Avro long values will encode correctly
• Jansson can now encode JSON values that aren't top-level arrays or objects, so we won't need a special workaround for encoding Avro scalars
