Description

Background
The older version of Atlas DSL had optional where clause. The latest version made it mandatory. This makes it inconvenient for users.

Approach
Update DSLVisitor to identify how the syntax tree was traversed. Based on traversal, decide on which approach to take to process the where condition.

Update existing tests to run with and without where clause.
