    Description

Sometimes the Atlas service instance can be incapable of handling requests due to reasons such as TypeSystem Registry not loaded, Authorization filters/plugins not initialized properly due to wrong configs etc still the Atlas server will running. And in this case, if the import-hive script is executed it will not import the hive DB/tables and the end user would expect the import to be completed.
It would be better to call a health check to Atlas service before executing the import-hive script to avoid such failures.
