[AMBARI-3369] Counter of operations filtered by status doesn't update after operation status changed

Description

Steps:
1. Install, setup and start Ambari server by default scenario.
2. Deploy Hadoop(stack 2.0.6, choose all services to install, install Zookeeper server to all hosts)
3. Go to NameNode HA wizzard.
4. On step "Configure Components" click on running operation "Stop All Services"(for example).
Actual result:
sub-operations changes status(for example "Pending"->"In progress"), but counter on filter show incorrect value(screenshots attached).
