[AMBARI-24075] Deploy button doesn't show in Review Page of Move Master Wizard

Description

Noticed in the Review Page of Move Master Wizard for Hive Metastore is stuck and doesn't enable the Deploy button to proceed further.

Steps:

1. Add Hive Metastore to a host
2. Select Move action in the Host Details page for Hive Metastore
3. Navigate the wizard till the Review Page
