Description

metastore.catalog.default is a configuration in Hive 3.x, and its default value is "hive". Recently we added the new Hive metastore 3.0.0 support for Spark, so metastore.catalog.default should be set to "spark" in hive-site.xml for Spark.

metastore.catalog.default=spark
