Description

The "Update Available, but already installed." icon appears on repos which have previously been applied and then moved off of.
STR:

• Install HDP 2.6.0.0 for ZK and Storm
• Register a PATCH HDP 2.6.0.1 for Storm
• Apply the patch
• Register a PATCH HDP 2.6.0.2 for Storm
• Apply the patch
  The old repo moves into the correct state, but displays the icon indicating that Storm is already at the right version.
