[AMBARI-2098] Customizing webcat pid run directory fails service status

Description

Installed a cluster, customized all user accounts, and all log and pid directories (added an 'xx' to everything)

WebHCat service shows a stopped in UI.
The process is running on the host though
There is no /var/run/webhcatxx
Then if I try to start via UI, gets the error below
