Description

We currently export Accumulo with a set of precompiled libraries, which are mostly compatible. However, we have no real way of testing if the existing ones are compatible on a system unless we spin it up and check the logs (or run the python functional test). I would like a utility I can quickly run that returns a proper error code and informs the user so we can quickly determine if native libraries need to be recompiled.
