Description

There's a number of IllegalArgumentExceptions being thrown in MockTableOperations that aren't very useful. Currently you have to RTFS to understand why they're being raised.

It would be nice to have messages used in the argument.

I assume this probably happens elsewhere - it might be good to clean up a bunch of these issues at once.
