[ACCUMULO-4854] DfsLogger exceptions are too verbose

Description

The DfsLogger is constantly spewing exceptions to the logs when the logs are simply being closed.  This is a normal situation when wal logs roll over.  The exceptions should not be showing as warnings in the accumulo monitor.
