Description

Saw MultiInstanceReplicationIT.dataWasReplicatedToThePeer fail again.

The test very quickly moved through drain() which was very curious. Eventually the test failed because it found no records in the replica.

I'm thinking that the set of referenced files was incorrectly computed or drain returned incorrectly. Sadly, I don't know what it was since the test didn't log the referencedFiles.
