Critical Description
Was looking at ConditionalWriter.testTimeout as a part of ACCUMULO-3599 which was consistently failing with kerberos enabled.
Talked to kturner who pointed me at the timeout in the ConditionalWriterConfig and how that is supposed to be passed down into ThriftUtil. Looking at the code, TSaslClientTransport doesn't naturally include timeout support, so we need to wrap it in the TTimeoutTransport (or similar).
