Create de-facto "single-command" solution for running Accumulo

    Description

      It was identified that just getting Accumulo up and running "correctly" is still a source of pain.

      We have a few solutions which are on the order of a command or two which enable users (or devs, for that matter), to start up Accumulo and just start using it. We have MiniAccumulo, Instamo (and/or instamo archetype), the Accumulo maven plugin in "Apache". There are numerous Docker, Vagrant, other-newest-container-fad integrations available on Github projects.

      We should adopt some technology as the standard, and include it as some available tool for users (to provide a simple way to "try" accumulo) and devs (would be a good benchmark harness).
