Major Description
There is some setup needed by the start and stop scripts that is not needed by most accumulo script commands. It would be nice to be able to run a shell and other client-type commands without needing the host files. Ideally we could identify the necessary config for clients and make sure clients use only that, instead of relying unnecessarily on other configs.
